VPK

A Place For Standards

VPK stands for the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program which began in 2005. Our VPK program is open for 3 hours per day and Monday to Friday and follows the School Board of Alachua County school schedule. After VPK ends, we run our regular preschool curriculum.

The VPK Program is a State of Florida program initiative, ran by the Department of Early Learning (DEL) and administered locally by the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County (ELCAC). The VPK and School Readiness Subsidy Programs are administered by the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County. Click here to apply.
